If you have done any sort of hair care research, then you know it's not good to wash your hair every day. Really, you only need to wash it once or twice a week, but it is different for everyone. It depends on genetics, how you style your hair, the products you use, what you do in your day, etc. So, when it comes to your hair care routine, you plan it according to your life. It you work out on Tuesday and have a date on Thursday, you're most likely going to wait to wash your hair until Thursday.
